Class features the history of gin, gin tastings, MZ cocktails, and guest speaker from Ebra Gin! Class #2 (8/20/20): SYRUPS FOR MIXING COCKTAILS! Class features history of syrups, creating your own syrups (some that will be used in class #4!), and a guest speaker from Muddle & Wilde. Class #3 (8/27/20): SAVORY COCKTAILS Inspired by the movie, "Cocktail", learn all about the fat-washed technique and creating savory cocktails. Class #4 (9/3/20): CHAMPAGNE COCKTAILS! "Too much of anything is a bad, but too much Champagne is just right" - Mark Twain. Create, learn, and taste bubbly cocktails that have been around for decades. Syrups from class #2 will be used.
